It is now easier and more convenient than ever for you to pay account balances anytime, anywhere. Online Bill Pay offers secure, convenient access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Health care bills can be confusing. Here is some helpful information for patients who have service provided by The Woman’s Clinic. About your bills If you have been treated by the Woman’s Clinic, you may receive other bills for other medical services. Here is information to help explain bills and insurance. The Woman’s Clinic sends claims directly to insurance companies. It is your responsibility to:
About Insurance If you have questions about your insurance, please read your insurance card, policy or other materials from the company to find a phone number to call for information. If your employer provides insurance, you may also call your employer’s benefits office for assistance. Self-pay Self-pay means that you are responsible for paying 100% of the bill. We request payment when services are provided. If you cannot pay in full at the time, you will receive a bill within approximately one week. If this bill remains unpaid, you may be referred to a collection agency. If you need assistance, please call (731)422-4642 and speak with someone in our insurance department. Commercial insurance If you have insurance, the Woman’s Clinic will send a claim to your insurance company. The company will pay the Woman’s Clinic and will send a statement to you showing what was paid to our office and what you are responsible for. The Woman’s Clinic will send a bill to you for any charges not paid by your insurance company. Medicaid If you have insurance from these programs, the Woman’s Clinic will send a claim to them. Medicare If you have Medicare insurance, the Woman’s Clinic will send a claim to Medicare. You will receive a bill for any remaining balances not covered by Medicare. Still have questions?
